Step 1 - Before You Start

• Begin with a clean, dry face to ensure maximum light penetration.
• Optional: Insert the protective eyeshield into the mask for reduced light strain.
o If not using the eyeshield, keep your eyes closed during treatment and avoid looking directly into the LEDs.

Step 2 - Fitting the Mask

• Place the mask on your face.
• Adjust both Velcro straps for a secure, comfortable fit.

Step 3 – Select a Mode

When you turn on the device, select either the LED Light + Vibration Therapy Mode (LED button G) or Vibration Therapy only mode (vibration button H).

LED Light + Vibration Therapy Mode

• To Power On: Long press the LED button (G).
o Activates: 648 multi-colour LED lights + vibration therapy (face & head for Red/Red + Infrared, head only for Blue).

• Automatic 9-Minute Program:
When you turn on the device it will begin cycling through a 9 minute science backed treatment program as follows:
o Red Light (3 min) – Boosts collagen, softens fine lines, and firms skin.
o Red + Infrared Light (3 min) – Reduces dark spots and enhances radiance.
o Blue Light (3 min) – Targets acne-causing bacteria for clearer skin.

• Manual Mode: You can toggle through each of the steps in the above 9 minute program by short pressing the LED button to select a specific light:

• Vibration Settings: you can toggle through the different vibration options by short pressing the vibration button (H) to cycle through:
o Continuous – Steady vibration.
