A few years ago, I was living in Singapore, bouncing between boot camps, yoga, and heavy weights, trying to find a fitness routine that actually worked for me. I loved it – the rush after a good workout – but something clicked when I discovered Pilates. Not just the moves, but the way it felt: small classes, personal attention, and a low-impact, sustainable form of strength and conditioning. It wasn’t about burning out today — it was about building a body that could carry me through life, gracefully and strongly.
Then I moved back to Australia, and life… well, life got busy. Four kids later, spare time was non-existent, and suddenly my “perfect” routines weren’t so perfect anymore. What worked for me before didn’t always work now, and I realised I needed to be smarter with my body. Thrashing myself for short-term results? Not worth it. I wanted exercise that was sustainable, effective, and supportive — and I wanted tools to help me recover properly, not just work harder and risk burnout.
Don’t even get me started on booking classes. The scramble, the guilt of last-minute cancellations, wondering if the instructor would think I was lazy… yep, I’ve been there.
That’s why I started Reform and More. I wanted to create a space for people like me: busy, thoughtful, and committed to moving smarter. Whether it’s Pilates reformers, recovery tools, saunas, or plunges, I want you to have the equipment and support to make your wellness journey realistic, sustainable, and enjoyable.
This isn’t just a shop. I’m not here to make a sale and disappear. I genuinely want to support you through the process so your purchase actually works for you.
