30 Day Returns Policy
While we fully stand by every product we sell, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit.
This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Whilst all care is taken to ensure your goods arrive in excellent condition, on rare occasions items may arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
If this occurs, please:
- Note the damage or issue when signing for delivery where possible and take photos
- Email support@reformandmore.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with details and supporting photos
Reform and More will cover the cost of shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Please retain all original packaging until your claim is resolved. All returns must be authorised by our customer service team prior to being processed.
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Items damaged after use are not eligible for a refund unless covered under warranty.
2. Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
To initiate a return, please email support@reformandmore.com.au with your order number.
Fees and Shipping
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
3. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, items must:
- Be returned in “Like New” condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals
- Show no signs of wear, use, or damage
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
“Like New” means the item must not show any visible signs of use.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Before shipment: Full refund
- After shipment: The order will fall under the Change of Mind Returns policy above
5. Additional Return Information
Some products may have specific return conditions. Where applicable, these will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
- Certified pre-owned or used items
- Items purchased for temporary or one-time use (e.g. events, trade shows, promotional use)
